Do you have any sign-up promotions?

Can I have a Bonus Bet/Deposit Match?
- Sorry, but unfortunately our customer service team don't issue bonus bets or deposit match offers. Our marketing team sends out offers on Fridays if you are eligible. What is your withdrawal cut off time?
- Withdrawals are processed after 11am AEST Monday- Friday excluding Weekends/Public Holidays. Withdrawals received by 11am AEST will be processed on the same day. The funds generally reach your account on the same day but can take up to 24-48 hours depending on your bank.
Can I cancel my bet?
- Clients are unable to change or cancel a bet once the bet has been accepted.

How do I make a complaint?
- Please email [email protected] if you wish to make a complaint. If any dispute cannot be resolved between PuntNow and the Member, the dispute must be referred to a representative of Racing Victoria via online or on phone.
How can I close My account?
- Go to the My Account Section whilst you are logged in to our site. Select the "Responsible Gambling" tab, then the "Deactivate Account" tab. Ensure you have read and understood the section, and then tick the confirmation checkbox. You will then be prompted to enter your account password before clicking the "Deactivate Account" button. Your account will then be closed and you will be logged out
